Kyser OfficeWorks is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and help create workplaces where people can do their best work.
As part of the Steelcase authorized dealer community, we help clients bring their workplace vision to life through local expertise, design services, consultation, workplace installation, project coordination, and tailored workplace solutions. Steelcase dealers provide access not only to products, but also to research-based solutions and services that support organizations every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand workplace needs, goals, and design vision
- Develop space plans, furniture plans, renderings, schematic plans, and installation drawings
- Create design solutions that support a wide range of workstyles and preferences
- Assist with furniture planning, specification, and code-compliant design
- Support project execution from concept through installation
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Participate in site surveys, discovery activities, and workplace planning efforts
- Help translate workplace trends and client needs into thoughtful, functional environments
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in interior design, commercial design, space planning, or workplace design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design tools such as CET, AutoCAD, or similar software
- Understanding of specification, renderings, schematic planning, and installation documentation
- Knowledge of code compliance and workplace design best practices preferred
- NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is preferred
