Position Summary
Kyser OfficeWorks is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of commercial workplace and furniture projects. This role is responsible for helping ensure projects move smoothly from initial planning through installation and closeout while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities while coordinating with customers, internal teams, installers and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through multiple phases, including planning, coordination, procurement support, installation and closeout
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support successful project execution
- Maintain project schedules, documentation and communication with stakeholders
- Help ensure site readiness and alignment on delivery and installation timing
- Communicate project milestones, updates, risks and changes clearly and professionally
- Support issue resolution related to project execution, delivery or installation
- Assist with project closeout, punch list follow-up and customer handoff
- Help create a seamless customer experience from project kickoff through completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, interior design or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in project management, commercial interiors, office furniture, installation coordination or workplace services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the contract furniture or commercial interiors industry
- Familiarity with workplace project coordination, procurement and installation processes
- Experience supporting commercial moves, adds and changes
- Ability to read floor plans, installation drawings or project specifications

- Internal teams and partners stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle
- Installation and punch list issues are addressed quickly and effectively
